Is fitting really free?+
Yes, on any exhaust supplied by us. You pay for the part only — no labour, no fitting charge, no consumables added at the till.
Does the whole exhaust have to be replaced?+
Almost never. Modern systems come in sections, so nine times out of ten it is one section, a flexi joint or a mount rather than the lot.
What is a flexi joint and why does mine rattle?+
It is the braided flexible section just behind the manifold that absorbs engine movement. When the braiding fails it rattles on a cold start and quietens as things expand. It is a very common failure and a much cheaper fix than the full downpipe most people expect.
