Fitment questions
How do you know a wheel will fit my car?+
We check four things against your registration: PCD (the bolt pattern), offset, centre bore and arch clearance. A wheel that gets any of those wrong will foul the caliper, sit proud of the arch or not centre properly — and it is why so many wheels bought online go back.
What is offset, in plain English?+
How far the mounting face sits from the centre line of the wheel. Too low and the wheel pokes out past the arch and rubs; too high and it tucks in and can catch the strut. It is measured as ET — ET40 means 40mm outboard of centre.
What is centre bore and why does it matter?+
The hole in the middle that locates the wheel on the hub. If it is bigger than your hub you need hub rings, or the wheel is centred by the bolts alone and you get a vibration you will never balance out.
What are radius-corrected bolts?+
Some aftermarket wheels need a different bolt seat shape to the factory ones. Where that applies we flag it on the wheel — fitting standard bolts to a wheel that needs them is genuinely dangerous.
Can I have different sizes front and rear?+
Yes, that is a staggered setup and plenty of rear-wheel-drive cars come that way from the factory. Where a wheel supports it we show front and rear separately.
